Strip of 100 Solid BeCu probe tips 20 mil shaft, tip only gold plated, 12.5 µm tip radius

Disposable probe tips for probe station, 20 mil shank, 1.5" total length, taper 200 -220 mil - 0.508 mm dia x 38 mm long with 5 to 5.6 mm taper
Strip with 100 tips, BeCu with Gold plated tip, manufactured from silver plated Beryllium Copper wire. So the shank is silver plated, tapered area is gold plated. Gold plated length is 270 to 280 mil or about 6.8 to 7.1 mm.
Tips are for use with most standard commercial micropositioners for probing integrated circuits, pads, or lines.
Because of quality control actual tip count might be slightly lower. Price will be adjusted if necessary to reflect that.
