Coaxial Probe Holder, 1.5 m coaxial cable, tube style, 500 fA leakage performance, for small manipulator.

The tip holder is the connection mechanism between micropositioner and probe tip.
Coaxial holder for low current / low voltage measurements with 1.5 m coaxial cable ending in male BNC connector.
If you need extremely low leakage current and coaxial connection this probe holder would be your best choice.
For 20 mil probe tips, comes with inclinator for small posaitioners like the EM700.
